The starting time for the 5k is 7:30 AM. The 10k run starts at 8:30 AM.

This was indeed confusing. The "member" on active.com refers to membership of the Riverside Roadrunners.
We recently changed this on the active.com website. It now says "RoadRunners club member".
I would like to run with my 12 year old daughter. Are there age restrictions for joining the run?
No, everybody can run our beautiful 5k or 10k run.
